In February of 2016 I was commissioned by Bunka Publishing Bureau to color the cover of their book Fashion Nurie.

This was a very special project to me because the author of the book was my teacher in Brazil and, at that moment, I was a student at Bunka Gakuen University. It represents a connection of my fashion background between my home country and my current home, Japan.

I used colored pencils, a medium that I do not use very often, which made the coloring process very challenging.

The book was originally published in Brazil in 2015, and it aims to present the history of fashion in the west briefly while allowing readers to have fun coloring the pages.
