Aging

Illustration for an article about age in the last June issue of the magazine In Touch.
I aimed to visualize the process of aging by creating a visual analogy with tree rings. Each year, as trees get older, they get a new ring. In this image, the head shows many layers (of rings) which visualizes the experience and depth of knowledge you get as time passes.
