We're having a little bit of self-initiated fun, mixing Tokyo’s sporting event pictograms and characterising it with the Hinomaru. Nothing else could be more representative, simple, graphic and iconic as the crimson-red disc that is the national flag of Japan. We also have collaborations with animators on the subject coming soonish.

日の丸とスポーツピクトグラムを組み合わせた、ヘンキらしいシンプル&ミニマルなアイコンデザインです。2020のスポーツイベントには関わっていないですけどね（笑）。
アニメーターさんたちとのコラボも進行中なので、また後日発表します！
Originally from the UK, I co-run Airside Nippon, we graphic design and motion graphics. Our studio is located in Kabukicho (yes, Kabukicho!) Shinjuku, Tokyo.
