Postcards from Paul

I spent the day photographing Paul Smith during filming in Tokyo for his 'Postcards From…' series. A city that has been a source of limitless inspiration since his first visits in the 1980s.

The series takes you off the tourist trail and guides you through some of his favourite places in the city - from Totodo Books, local antique markets, the fake plastic food suppliers in Kappabashi, Daikanyama T-Site and Mandarake in Nakano Broadway.

Watch the film and find out more on the locations from the link here.
