When entering a temple complex it is always impressive to me to pass the two paired statues. This picture inspired me to dive deep into postproduction to release their power. I wanted to play with several postproduction options.

I like the angle and closeness to the right of the two statues but the fence in the original picture takes away the strong impression I had while taking it.

I decided to remove the fence, so the agyōzō (阿形像) receives the viewer's full attention.

Some blemishes needed to be corrected, and improvements needed to be added. After this, although the picture itself looked natural, the atmosphere was off.

As a final touch, I added a night look and glow effect to highlight their impressive yet awing aura.
