Spiritual hangover ~ Waking up and realizing a lot has been going on during the night, in a good way though: toxic patterns released, deeper understandings, new perspectives, ego death along with "obsolete" versions of you. A lot to process but still leaving you with a very comforting feeling that everything's gonna be alright!
