This work is from my art series, “True Exposure,” which delves into the ever-forming identity we hold onto yet can easily shed – the inchoate self. We all wear a veil, a mask woven from fashion, beliefs, and societal expectations. This veil serves a double purpose: it expresses who we strive to be and hides our vulnerabilities. But its tangibility becomes a trap, blinding us from the true essence beneath.
