About me

Since 2009, I have been living on&off in Japan, UK, Italy, Iceland and Finland, where I was pursuing my academic and artistic career as a sound designer, video maker, photographer and writer. Between 2001 and 2017, I have been lecturing Media Art at the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice, Bologna and Verona (Italy). Since I arrived in Tokyo, I have been one of the art directors of AVGVST for a couple of years and then moved to Hong Kong, where I taught media art at the University. Now (July 2023) I am based in Yokohama focusing on music and photography.

I have been featured at: Ars Electronica Festival (Linz, Austria), International Biennales of Art and Architecture (Venice, Italy), Victory Media Network (Dallas, United States), Pantaloon Art Gallery (Osaka, Japan), New Media Fest (Cologne, Germany), Pantheon Gallery (Nicosia, Cyprus), Kurye Video Org (Istanbul, Turkey), Video and New Media Art Festival (Ljubljana, Slovenia), Netherlands Media Art Institute (Amsterdam, Netherlands)… and more.
