This is the debut episode of the HT Podcast, my newest project with my friend Micah Wiley. In it, we talk to Trunk Coffee founder Yasuo Suzuki about his specialty coffee pale ale: Drunk Coffee.

This particular episode was a challenge because of the workload. First I wrote a transcript of the Suzuki interview in English (we talked in Japanese), and decided what to use in the podcast. Then I recorded an English version with the help of a friend. Finally, I recorded narrative inserts to help fill in the blanks, and Micah put it all together. It's perhaps a little messy, but I like the format so far, and we aim to refine it as we go.
