My zine, full of DIY insights, reflections on life and health, along with new ideas on creativity and building modular synthesisers. The writing in this zine is very personal, focussed on the idea of living well, transforming your personal environment, and using technology as a tool for our artistic dreams rather than letting it crush our creative spirit. I repurposed some recent blogposts on creativity and health, together with some new writing and illustrations.

Printed in my Tokyo Studio on Sakae Technical Paper with a Washi cover, in a super sexy B6 format.
