Nikkei Inc. is holding a three-day conference on Agritech in May (May 23-25) at Toranomon Hills in central Tokyo and we need volunteers.

If you'd like to volunteer please read on!

What do we need?
- People who are available to help on May 23, 24, and/or 25th.
(You don't need to be available all 3 days, but it would be nice.)

What do we mean by help?
- Helping with operational aspects of workshops (checking participants have registered, distributing and collecting interpreting receivers, etc.)
- Helping with operational aspects of the Symposium and Innovation stages (assisting audience find seats, distributing and collecting interpreting receivers, assisting the Innovation Stage manager, etc.)
- Helping guide participants around the exhibition hall (“Land”)
- Helping answer questions in English and/or Japanese
- Helping with ad hoc tasks

Requirements
- 18 years or older (students welcome)
- Conversational to excellent Japanese
- Comprehensive TOEIC score of 700 or better
- Available May 23rd OR 24th OR 25th (preferably all 3)
- Interest in agritech preferable
- Interest in startups preferable
- Past event experience will be a plus
- We will organize a briefing meeting one evening between 15-19th May. Attendance is not compulsory but would be greatly appreciated.

（いずれかの日、全日どちらでも構いません）

役割
- ワークショップの運営（参加者の事前申し込みの確認、通訳レシーバーの配布・回収）
- シンポジウムやイノベーションステージの運営（客席案内、通訳レシーバーの配布・回収、イノベーションステージマネジャーの手伝い）
- 展示会（ランド）での案内
- 日本語/英語でのコミュニケーション補助
- その他運営に必要なお手伝い

ボランティア要件
- 満18歳以上（学生可）
- 日本語で会話ができる
- 英会話力（TOEIC700点以上）
- 5月23〜25日（できれば3日間）にご協力いただけること
- アグリテックやスタートアップに興味のある方（優先的に採用いたします）
