A Content Producer at PlayBrain is the key person responsible for client management, planning, coordination, and ensuring a smooth execution of content based marketing projects within PlayBrain for our clients, partners and our own products and services. The “Content” we produce is primarily related with live streamed or pre-produced video entertainment content for distribution online, and occasionally for online events. Content Production is not new to PlayBrain, but this is a new position as we create more dedicated content production services.

The ideal candidate will have a passion to provide exciting and original content services to our partners, and be capable of developing strong relationships with streamers and streaming agencies. This is a Japanese speaking position, and only native level Japanese speakers will be considered for the position. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain productive business relationships with our partners.
• Identify and develop relationships with key industry influencers.
• Be a business partner for our partners marketing solutions
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Manage operation budget / PL for projects and support & manage financial processes in planning of annual budget
• Partner with cross-functional internal teams to deliver results
• Manage team allocation for projects

SKILLS

Must have skills:

• Experience in game and/or streaming business as an account manager or producer
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• A proven sales track record, with a strong commercial background, able to develop and maintain business and customer relationships in the market
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Native Japanese
• Excellent interpersonal skill
