23ct gold leaf and enamel paint on glass

I made this as a gift for someone that was born in 1983. I drew the numbers and then used it as a guide under the glass when I applied the gold leaf and enamel paint. This type of gold leaf technique when there is a mat centre, is called a "Boston Gild".
