Noma

This is a catalog that explores the success of the Michelin award-winning restaurant, Noma, and the genius behind it, Rene Redzepi. The aesthetic utilizes white space to allow the photography to be the shining star of the piece. Much of Redzepi's success comes from how beautiful his plates are, paying attention to color, texture, and contrast. To bring in a personal element, I created spot illustrations of various ingredients used in the dishes to accompany the photography. The catalog informs readers on Redzepi as a personal icon, his kitchen and staff, the food, and the interior design of the restaurant itself.
