Hi guys,

We're really happy to be hosting the next UX Talk Tokyo at our office. As usual organized by the fine gents Ryo Seven and Tom Coombs.

Learn more and reserve your spot at https://uxtalktokyo.doorkeeper.jp/events/34269

Details:

1) All About Card Sorting
Ryan Barkataki, UX Director for the Japanese design agency Up Arrows, will be talking about this often overlooked method of UX Research, which is both low cost and useful. Up Arrows is a multi-disciplinary design agency based in Tokyo and Osaka.

2) "Why is McKinsey Getting Serious about Design?"
Recently, larger companies have began to see the importance of design and designers. Jared Braiterman explores this and shows how combining design and analytics responds to client needs for transformation and innovation.

Jared Braiterman PhD is VP of experience design at McKinsey in Tokyo. A Stanford-trained design anthropologist, Jared has led customer-focused innovation in Tokyo and San Francisco for nearly twenty years. He is currently growing McKinsey's design team across Asia.

(We are ecstatic to have him present!)

See you there (well... here!).
