Can anyone help me find a specialty printer that can do small runs of thick business cards with UV spot, fluro inks, embossing and things like this?

Any help appreciated!

Not sure about in Tokyo but I can recommend moo.com they have all kinds of options for the business cards and you can order as little as 50 of them.

Haguruma and Winged Wheel (same company I believe, but slightly different locations on the same street) both do really nice custom printing. It's worth going to take a look at their showrooms and talk to their staff, who are always really lovely.
