Le Wagon is currently looking for a creative and proactive Community Manager to support our growth in the Japanese community. You'll be making sure our members are getting the best experience possible while collating structured feedback & insights.

*Your role*

Be the external face of the company on social media and willing to get creative about how we engage, keep in touch with and get feedback from our users:

* Creating or adapting content and release it
* Planning and executing events & workshops in Japanese
* Monitoring analytics on user behavior to iterate and optimize on conversion and retention
* Explore partnership opportunities with Japanese institutions (companies, universities..)

*You should be*

* Native Japanese speaker with business English
* Creative, self-motivated and excited to try new things
* Analytical, organized and proficient with interpreting data
* Passionate about social media and experienced with promotion tools (Facebook Ads, Mailchimp..)

*It is a plus if you*

* Have managed communities before - whether inside or outside work
* Have interest in education and entrepreneurship
