Hello everyone,
I just recently moved to Tokyo and Im looking into printing some designs onto tote bags, t-shirts and making some prints, either Giclée or screen.
Ive used companies in the UK before, but with shipping costs being quite expensive I thought it would be a good idea to see if anyone has any good local recommendations? preferably english friendly :)
It would be nice to find somewhere that does it onto nice organic cotton t-shirts and bags.

or does anyone have any recommendations for companies with reasonable shipping costs to Tokyo?

Welcome to Tokyo! ^^
I've printed a few T-shirts in Jannu 2 along Cat Street (Harajuku) before. They do scene and digital, mainly T-shirts but also Totes (not sure about canvas). Friendly and They can probably squeeze out some English if you push them! : http://www.jannu-2.com

Otherwise, I have a friend in Korea doing digital printing (canvas, totes, not T-shirts). He doesn't have a website but I can send you a bunch of photos and priceless if you're interested? Can't vouch for the quality but the items look good in the pictures! ^^

Oh! Also, I'm printing Tea-Towels in the UK and using Parcel Monkey to ship them to get to Japan. Better to do everything locally but that's the best option I could find for that item... 100 TT's to Japan costs about £50 + import duty.

Thanks for reminding me on Pause Draw, I had totally forgotten what it was called.. I was hoping to have made it to their last event at the swimming pool but Ive been full of flu the past week so that didnt really seem like the best idea!..

I still haven't printed anything but yeah will keep this thread updated when I do...
