I'm looking to buy a drawing board that can be put on top of a flat desk. Anything with an incline at about A2 size. I've already checked out Sekaido in Shinjuku and was surprised I couldn't find anything. Any advice on where to look would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the examples! I had a look on amazon but like you said, they are a bit pricey. Realised all I needed was a flat surface with an incline, so after a quick google and a trip to the DIY shop I just put one together myself. A little wobbly, but happy with the result!

Not sure of your budget, but Sekaido had them on window display last night... not sure if that means they're doing a deal, but could be worth checking out. At a glance they seem to fit your specs...
