Help support the earthquake relief effort in Kumamoto!
From today (4/22) until May first (5/1) I will be taking orders for small pencil and watercolor portraits with money raised going to the Japan Red Cross for earthquake relief in Kumamoto.

HARDSHIPS FOR KUMAMOTO
On April 14th and 16th two large earthquakes shook Kumamoto, Japan. The area has suffered severe damage, including the tragic death of over 40 individuals, injury sustained by thousands, and tens of thousands evacuated from their homes. Hundreds of aftershocks added to the terror, and still continue.
In times of natural disaster it is so painful to hear of tragedy and feel far away and helpless. However I believe if our heart is in the right place and we can use our individual talents and capabilities we can make a difference and show those affected we care.
I'd like to give people an extra incentive to donate by offering custom portraits at a one-time-offer price (that will go to charity!). Please consider ordering and making a difference for someone in Kumamoto.

75 cents of each dollar will be donated to the Japan Red Cross for earthquake relief efforts in Kumamoto. (The remainder will help me pay for the materials for this project)
Once I receive your order I will send an e-mail requesting your photo and also your choice of supportive phrase to add to the image.
Portraits will be sent after May first (5/1) but images will be posted to this Facebook page to make a gallery of Faces of Support for Kumamoto
