Hello Canvas community! Can anyone recommend good coworking spaces near Shibuya, Harajuku, Sendagaya, Daikanyama or Nakameguro? Important criteria: easy access (less than 5 mins from station), fixed desks (or shared desks with monitors), meeting rooms, friendly community. As examples, I've recently visited Tenoha in Daikanyama, Co-ba in Shibuya and Co-lab in Sendagaya.

You could try http://midori.so in Daikanyama or Omotesando (Omotesando is close to the station).

Thanks Benjamin! I wasn't aware that Midori.so now has a second space in Omotesando, very cool. I'll reach out to them.

I went to many places checking out diferent coworkingspaces/offices a year ago but I would say that if I lived closer I would have picked Midori.so or Colab in Daykayama! www.shibuyamov.com is also nice but fixed seats are smal...but must be the one thats closest to station, also www.theterminal.jp has seats with screens and software.

I used Coba in shibuya for a couple of months last year, they have a " parking lot" that u can put you're screen in for like 1500 jpy a month and 24h access, so you can kind of hack the free seat plan but you have to rig every time u want to use you're screen, the office is a bit to noisy for me as i have to work with sound some times and the AC wasn't that good during summer but great parties and friendly atmosphere and not pricy! After that i found a place that just opened last summer at my home station www.motosumi.jp not very hip place but i dont have to see puking sallerymen on the last train home every day :D
