  • What is GraphQL? Free Introduction to GraphQL Workshop

This free workshop is for people who have never used GraphQL before.

GraphQL is Facebook’s new, open-source query language for fetching application data in a uniform way. Designed to solve some of the biggest drawbacks of REST-like APIs, GraphQL is easy to learn and can be used with any backend — SQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.

GraphQL is used by little companies like Facebook, GitHub, Pinterest, Intuit, etc.

***In this meetup, we'll be going over:***
    - concepts & fundamentals
    - why you should use GraphQL
    - how it works
    - how to get started

    ***Pre-Requisites***
You must bring a laptop to this meetup.
This is for people who already have some experience in programming.
