Intro to Angular Workshop + Networking
In this free workshop, we will explore the basics of the Angular framework. We’ll start by going over how to build simple components and services, and from there we will touch on some broader topics in Angular, such as change detection, and how Angular uses the RxJS library to handle HTTP requests.
We’ll code up a small application along the way!

This talk will cover the very basic building blocks of an Angular application, such as components, services, and modules, so it is aimed at people with little to no experience working with Angular. Those who are already familiar with the framework will likely find this talk to be too basic.
***About the Speaker***
Nate Lapinsky is a full stack engineer based in Tokyo. He has been working in ad-tech for the past 3 years, and before that was building web sites and applications for a number of years.
Because our workshop will be happening during dinner time, please feel free to bring some to eat and drink during this workshop, but make sure it does not interfere with the experience of others. We also ask that you take your trash with you when you leave! Thank you!!
