Agency and position:

YF is a brand communication agency. We run the client-serving productions ( a ) and the R&D in-house projects incubator ( b ) . We are looking to expand our team for the new breed of digital designer. Fluent in developing communication assets and outlets ( besides, landing page, Figma interactive brochures, campaigns integration, omnipresence ) within the No Code tools, modern CMS platforms, and finetune their functionality according to the brief and user/brand demand. All creatively driven, process respecting and result oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate UX design requirements in collaboration with Account, Creative, and Development teams to build an online presence and create engaging digital experiences
  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus/buttons, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that represent site appearance and function using your expertise in visual design and user experience
  • Illustrate original graphics (e.g., images, sketches, and tables) and understand how to create a visual narrative on the web
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders that meet business, project requirements, and brand creative standards
  • Identify UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) and present solutions using impactful UX strategies
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and collaboration with team members to craft top-of-the-line digital experiences
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images to ensure a cohesive experience and intuitive interface across all channels
  • Take risks and fail, then learn from those failures as part of the creative process

Required skills:

  • Ability to create modern interfaces that drive outcomes using best practices
  • Works proficiently with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Possesses solid visual design skills and excellent UI/UX thinking and written communication
  • Thrives in a team environment

Format:

Employment or Contract
10 - 7 pm
Flex time
40 hours a week
3 months trial period in house ( office in Yoyogi Tokyo )

Further office or hybrid

Reward:

3,600,000 JPY ~ 5,500,000 JPY
Depends on seniority level, experience, leadership skills, project grip and grit, project ownership and responsibility taken.
