Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are inclusive but not limited to:

• Plan, organize, and track multiple projects (typically no more than 2) in a collaborative environment, to ensure timely, expectations-managed, risk-mitigated delivery
• Serve as primary POC with local, regional and global clients and new prospects, working closely to:
• Understand their needs and business goals, translating them into value-driven proposals, estimates, and contracts
• Define stakeholder engagement model, roadmap priorities, identify optimal product/application features, key performance indicators, and measures of success
• Set milestones to achieve client’s deliveries and respond flexibly to change & evolving client needs
• Communicate with clients to ensure understanding of their needs, keeping them informed of progress and budgets
• Manage all ongoing implementation issues, build RCA and mitigation plans where needed and drive continuous improvement
• Manage project(s) profitability as well as project(s) reporting (mainly billing, and resources allocations)
• Foster a culture of excellence being able to motivate and encourage team members to work efficiently, drive excellence in execution and surpass expectation every day
• Articulate, present and debate recommendations, including at executive & strategic level
• Building building strong relationship and able to influence both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing teams of designers, developers, and/or data scientists in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• 4+ years extensive project management experience in multicultural environment, ideally in IT / infrastructure customer facing projects, in IT Service delivery / Client-side Technology Operations
• Fluency in English (Japanese is definitely a plus)
• Degree or higher education in business, engineering or any relevant field of study
• Familiarity with office software and Google Suite
• Experience in next-generation technology and/or Digital Transformation/AI/Data Science is a plus
• Experience managing SaaS/B2B, startup, or financial services products is a plus
• Possess following additional skills, qualities and experience
