Office Manager - Dream Drive Campervans
Dream Drive builds premium van lifestyle campervans based out of Tokyo, Japan. The campervan products we build are purchased by customers directly via our inhouse sales team and through a growing dealer network. We also operate a rental business used mainly by inbound international customers or local Japanese customers looking to try before they buy.

Job Role: - General office management - Manage the social insurance paperwork for new hires and retirement - Responsible for monthly and annual closing (cashflow tracking and reporting) - Oversee HR - timesheets, contracts, and holiday tracking - Manage vendor contract agreements - Liaise with accountant regarding payroll, payments, expenses, each month - Ad Hoc

Requirements: - 5 day work week including Monday - Friday - Japanese Native (English fluent preferred) - Personable and friendly - Resourceful and organised - Enjoys camping and the great outdoors
