We are looking for a super friendly, organized, extrovert, who’s ready to be new team members’ first touch point with 555.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Discover the next generation of great writers and illustrators.
- Help evolve a great interview process, to help discover hidden talent.
- Help get the greatest professionals on board and interested in 555.
- Make sure that even team who get turned down are still fans.
- Stay in touch with past applicants who might be great future candidates.
Some Skills and Toolset We Hope You’ll Have:
- Funnel management experience, ideally using CRM software.
- Applicant database management.
- Interview design experience.
- Calendar and scheduling software experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Recruiting or HR experience.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Notion.
- Stront startup or entertainment industry network.
TL;DR: We need someone to help us go from 45 to 100 team members real quick!

555, or ゴゴゴ (Go-Go-Go) in Japanese, fits us cause we make stories for on the go! Stories where characters grab fans and go anywhere, even to Phantom Clown Forests. Universes that fans can go anywhere within, with their own community-driven fanfic.
We’ve been at this for 5+ years. We’re growing our 50+ person team to 100. And we’re waiting for you~!
