About me

Kiwi-born graphic designer and brand specialist living in Tokyo. I enjoy working with creative teams on large scale collaborative projects, as well as consulting businesses on brand development and design needs.

I spent eight years working in Niseko as a designer and marketing coordinator where I managed the creative needs for a number of brands including the largest tour operator in the region, as well as a bilingual magazine.
On top of an extensive background in print advertising - with a career that began at Fairfax Media almost 15 years ago - I have experience in digital marketing and social media, coordinating a print magazine, and managing small creative teams in the production of video, photography, and written content.

Hobbies include wandering the streets and looking at everything in confusion, calcifying in front of my computer screen for weeks on end, and meeting other creative types - preferably over drinks and food.

My Creations

Development of the clothing range first began with negotiations in China and quality control checks at their factory

  4. During my previous role as Marketing Coordinator for a large winter tourism company, we developed a TVC with the goal of allowing viewers to enjoy the “Ski Japan Experience” vicariously on screen
This was achieved by demonstrating the wide range of services and attractions the company caters to. Shot largely... continue reading (0, 0 images)

  5. Studio Fashionista is a boutique photography studio targeting indie fashion brands and aspiring models within central Tokyo’s Harajuku district
Due to the online habits of modern aspiring models, it was important to develop a logo that could easily translate for online display in the form of easily identifiable icons and... continue reading (0, 1 image)
