About me

Dean Wright is a versatile creative director who puts trust-building and creative operations at the heart of his work.

After attaining first-class honors in his Computer Animation degree at Bournemouth University, Dean led a successful career in VFX, working on some of the biggest films and TV shows of the past decade. It wasn’t long before his desire to manage the bigger picture propelled him to creative director and head of creative roles, leading projects from concept to delivery. Operating within marketing teams gained him valuable experience in the prestige spirits and motorsport sectors, working with leading brands to develop creative marketing campaigns and events. His work as a VFX artist has allowed him to bring a unique perspective and set of skills to his role as a creative director, whereby he can translate marketing KPI’s into actionable briefs for creatives.

Change management and trust building has been central to his work, where he is often brought in to see businesses through pivotal moments in a brand’s development and growth. In recent roles as head of creative, Dean was responsible for overseeing all creative aspects of the company’s marketing campaigns, from concept development, execution, distribution, and campaign analysis. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and uses his expertise to develop campaigns tailored to niche target audiences.

Creativity is more than just grand ideas. It’s the organization and processes required to bring it to life. It is the team of talented creatives feeling inspired to do their best work. Most importantly, it is about building trust with all stakeholders to allow creativity to flourish.
