About me

My name is Alessio Vitelli and I’m an italian illustrator currently based in Japan.
I’ve started illustrations after 15 years of graphic design background.
Everything has started with my very first exhibition in the Natsumikan Gallery in 2016 at Daikanyama. Since then I grow with my style, Had second exhibition in New York and I started to collaborate with Toyota in 2017. Then a long escalation of requests, collaborations with many musician and bands around the world (Khruangbin, Tray Anastasio, Kikagaku Moyo, Adam Lambert, Hermanos Gutierrez, Allman Betts Band, Ween etc.). I reached the first peak in 2019 when I collaborated with Gucci for a campaign, using 5 artworks.
Just moved in Japan with my family, open to any kind of projects, collaboration and requests.

    This was the first of 5 illustration I did for Gucci, together with the Japanese Psychedelic Band “Kikagaku Moyo”.
    It was part of the campaign called #guccigig which had this style of posters and photo from the 70’s/80’s
