Still stuck in the US because of Japan's travel restrictions due to COVID-19. In seeing the most recent killing of an unarmed African American, George Floyd, I participated in the protests. There needs to be legislation for police accountability and ending their violence toward us. Since 2015, only 4 out of 104 police killings of an unarmed black person saw a conviction...91 of which didn't even see a charge. Our lives have to matter more than this...
