Athletics 3D is a tool to aid in the teaching and learning of a range of athletics events, through the usage of interactive 3D animations.
The app covers a range of events, broken into the three categories of Run, Jump and Throw. Each category contains three events.
For each event, the user can scrub through the animation and rotate around the athlete a full 360 degrees, as well as zoom in for more detail.
The user can also browse through a number of 'tips' for each event, guiding the athlete, while focusing on specific parts of the body. The tips were provided by elite coaches with great experience in track and field.
The user can even switch between standard body, musculoskeletal and skeletal modes at any time.
