対象ユーザーはまだサービスや支払方法に関する知識が浅かったため、なるべく全般から詳細までビジュアルも含め、説明するStep by stepプロセスの項目を40記事作りました。


One of my solo projects at Zehitomo consisted of quantifying support related data and converting that into an FAQ for the company's site.

All 40-ish pages were created to be the most intuitive instructions for all obstacles users may face. The contents are meant to be bland and robotic in writing (only in Japanese).

The project took place mainly on Wordpress and finished within a month.
