Native Instruments Komplete has an extremely diverse collection of sound generators, synths, manglers and sequencers. I've been using them for about 10 years and barely scratched the surface.
I recently upgraded to the latest version so I set myself a challenge to get more familiar with each instrument/FX by producing a track using only that instrument as the primary tool.
Sometimes they impose their own composing style, as in this case.
This is from just one instrument being played live by jamming on a Novation Launchpad to switch presets on the fly.

Cheerful little number... glad I gave it a whirl. What are your influences, by the way?

Hey Tom,
Thanks for listening. V2 is kind of same but different https://audiu.net/projects/electrorobobop/assets/162410

Influences? Pretty varied. As one of my listeners wrote once "Highly experimental, Komuso takes influences from world music and wraps them around the emotionally charged blues core to create his sound.”

That said, this experiment is a bit different. Partly driven by the limitations of the instrument being used (called Flesh). Though the core loop is a blues tom rhythm so maybe not!
