Ballpoint pen on paper. Inspired by Oni masks, I was drawn to its eery appearance and wanted to juxtapose it with a cute icon- hence the Hello Kitty. The second illustration was inspired by my fascination with skulls and my tattoo artist has Born to Die on his forehead, which I found fitting.
