Sturdy Table

This 90kg table is made of hard Cypres wood (hinoki 桧) on the traditional technique of Tsugite 継手 witch do not make use of nails, screws or any bonding material for any of its joins. It was made with hand tools and assemble on site. It can be easily disassemble for transportation.

Please take a look to the process of making and the design of joinery at:

-The benches and other wooden furniture in the picture were also made at my workshop.

Nice!

Francisco Martinez Looks super nice! How long have you had your workshop in Saitama? it's kinda like a dream for me! ^^

Hi Duncan Shotton, thanks!
I moved to the countryside about 3 years ago and started setting up the workshop, but just this year started to take off.
Please drop by, I'll show you around and maybe we can find a way to collaborate.

Have a great,
Paco
