The aim of this brief was to create storyboards that likened Hiroshi Senju's creative process to the build up of a waterfall. The storyboard needed to contrast between in-studio and outdoor cuts while still being a single narrative.
With a quick turn-around time, I felt working in tone would help create the mood quicker than line. It was fun working abstractly and focusing on how to convey the power of water. A lot of these shots didn't get used in the commercial, but I'm happy with the flow of the drawings.
