JAPAN and The World, is a bilingual magazine focusing on the political and cultural relations between Japan and the rest of the world. WHO CARES? is a retrospective glance at the trends in humanitarian aid both immediately following and, 5 years after, the triple disasters of March 9, 2011. A further look is taken at the differences between Japanese and foreign humanitarian aid cultures and what developments are taking place within Japanese aid entities.
