Bad Cyclists

After having negative experiences with cyclists every day, I decided it was time to document my experiences. I put on a bodycam and recorded every cyclist breaking the law for a week.
I'm a filmmaker, marathoner, and teacher living in Tokyo, Japan.
One of my biggest peeves in Japan: cyclists on the wrong side of the road. Someone needed to make this video, glad to see you did.
It's just a dumb issue. Police just turn a blind eye. I went to a koban yesterday to complain and pointed out cyclists who were breaking the laws to the officer that were passing by. He seemed so surprised like "Wow, isn't that so?" Really frustrating.
